The department will acquire personal information by appropriate means and will handle them in compliance with applicable laws and norms.
About Personal Information
Department of Pathophysiology, Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) will acquire personal information of the users to use for the following purposes:
- Contact from the executive office to the users
- Mailing the advertisement of seminars, symposiums, and workshops which are sponsored/co-sponsored/supported by the Department
- Investigations for research within the scope of the purpose of the Department
Limitations Based on the Purposes
If there is a necessity to use the users’ personal information with deviation from the above purposes, we will notify the users of the purposes in advance.
Security Control Measures and Supervising Outsourcing Agents
In order to provide services efficiently, the Department may entrust and provide personal information to corporations (hereinafter referred to as “the Outsourcing Agents”) which the Department judged to be reliable and with which the Department concluded a confidentiality agreement. The Outsourcing Agents will be disclosed with information within the scope of the necessary purposes and will be prohibited to use the information for purposes other than providing the service.
Disclosure of Personal Information
The Department will not disclose the personal information of the users to third parties other than the Outsourcing Agents without obtaining consents from the users.
